I teach all my lessons exclusively out of the newest facility in Bournemouth – Ippon gym.
Your training will include up to date technical tuition in striking, grappling and total body conditioning geared towards your own level.
No one is too out of shape, old or young.
I am available for seminars, small groups and private lessons which deal with all aspects of the mma game.
